One of the great experiences of running my former agency was having major clients across a wide spectrum of products and services categories, each with its own unique marketing challenges. My role was always to provide consultation and connectivity to high profile entertainment properties. As example, in a typical week I would travel to Seattle for a meeting with Microsoft, next it might be on to Detroit for a General Motors meeting followed by a fast trip to Amsterdam and a Heineken meeting. The experience of successfully interfacing with some of the world’s top marketers and learning from them was very formative for me personally. Introducing clients to high profile entertainment opportunities and helping them actualize my recommendations into award winning marketing campaigns was a big personal reward.
